Equipment suppliers and distributors

We are exploring a supplier programme with a small number of equipment suppliers: the supplier sponsors Harmelo's contractor tools for the independent dealers who install and service its equipment, and the work those dealers do stays connected to the equipment it was done on. It gives manufacturers, distributors, technicians and building owners one continuous record of installation, service and warranty history. In time, participating suppliers may receive aggregated service and performance insights, subject to participation and data rights; that is not available today.

Nothing to install

Technicians record work in the Harmelo field app. No sensors, no equipment modifications and no replacement of the dealer's current business systems.

Dealers stay independent

A dealer's customers, prices and records remain the dealer's. Suppliers do not see dealers' customer records, and nothing is shared with a supplier automatically.

Equipment history that lasts

Installation details, service visits, documents and warranty information stay with the furnace, boiler or heat pump they describe. Warranty eligibility always remains subject to the manufacturer's own rules.
