Risk and preparedness

Read the conditions. Prepare the buildings.

Keep local conditions beside what is documented about each building, and record the preparedness work you do.

Harmelo product screen with demonstration data: Risk and preparedness

Environmental and preparedness context

Conditions beside the work, never as proof.

Recorded area events, such as extreme cold, can sit beside the service history, and preparedness actions can be recorded with who did them. Context is never treated as proof of damage or a prediction of failure. Area context and preparedness are being introduced with early deployments; ask which parts are available for your buildings today.

No claim that weather caused a fault, and no forecast of service demand. Harmelo does not show an official alert it has not received from the issuing authority.

Why it matters

Know what is there before the weather arrives.

Local conditions are context, not a prediction.

Location-based context

Consider the recorded temperature, humidity and wind conditions around each property.

Equipment and vulnerability

Identify which documented systems may need closer attention.

Evidence of action

Keep records of inspections, mitigation and follow-through.

A practical next step

Start with the buildings most exposed.
Document what you do.

Inspections, mitigation and follow-up are recorded against the buildings and equipment they concern.
